Great value for money, convenient location, and helpful staff. The room was very cozy with comfortable beds and clean sheets. The air conditioning worked well and was much appreciated during our stay. The motel was located in a great part of town, close to many restaurants and shopping centers. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. a great experience for the price.

Furthermore, the hotel's location is excellent as it is situated close to various modes of transportation, making it a convenient spot for travelers. Lastly, the hotel facilities were well-maintained, and everything in my room worked perfectly, including the air conditioning and hot water supply.

Although I had a disappointing stay, the location of the hotel was central to all the attractions in the city, including shopping malls and restaurants. The room had enough space to move about and included a TV with a remote control and air conditioning. Plus, there were extra towels available upon request.

The condition of the hotel was extremely poor, with a long line for check-in, a faulty bathroom door, and poor TV reception. The staff wasn't able to help me fix it and the towels provided were scratchy.

The service and housekeeping were exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, including the heating and air conditioning that kept the temperature just right. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. I also appreciated the free toiletries provided, as well as the convenience of having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of luxury to the space.

The room reservation process was smooth and hassle-free, even though I booked months in advance. The staff was helpful in fixing the door handle so I could easily access my room. They also offered assistance in operating the TV, which was a nice gesture. Despite a minor issue with the bathroom door, overall the room was comfortable and functional. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so improvements are on the way. I had a decent stay at the Richmond Motel.
